1. No Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased on our Site due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 10 days of purchase. To do so:

  • Contact our customer service team at [online@incognito.com.sg] with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item.
  • We may request that the item be returned to us in its original packaging for inspection.

3. Resolution Process

  • Once we verify the claim, we may, at our sole discretion, issue store credit for the value of the affected item or replaced the order with a same or different product.
  • Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital voucher or coupon code for use on www.incognito.com.sg.
  • We do not provide cash refunds.

4. Exclusions

We reserve the right to decline claims if:

  • The damage or defect arises from misuse, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorised modifications after delivery.
  • The report is made more than 14 days after purchase.
  • Sufficient proof of damage or incorrect delivery is not provided.

5. Return Shipping

Where a return is requested, we will provide instructions. Unless otherwise agreed, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.

6. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under Singapore law, including protections under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Lemon Law, which provide remedies for defective goods that do not conform to contract at the time of delivery.
