No Change-of-Mind Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products purchased on our Site due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within <strong>10 days of purchase<\/strong>. Resolution Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once we verify the claim, we may, <strong>at our sole discretion<\/strong>, issue <strong>store credit<\/strong> for the value of the affected item or replaced the order with a same or different product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital voucher or coupon code for use on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.incognito.com.sg\">www.incognito.com.sg<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not provide cash refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exclusions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We reserve the right to decline claims if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The damage or defect arises from misuse, negligence, improper storage, or unauthorised modifications after delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The report is made more than 14 days after purchase.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sufficient proof of damage or incorrect delivery is not provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
